Milly Gallagher Director/ Teacher

Before becoming the director of Lily Pad Preschool Milly taught dance and theater to children of all ages and created arts programs for children nationwide. She was commissioned by The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York to create performances and workshops for children, in Los Angeles Milly conducted original workshops for children in public and private schools. Milly is committed to continuing her growth by her ongoing immersion in the study of early childhood education. She attends conferences and continues to take educational courses and workshops.

Adina Henry Teacher

Adina Henry has been teaching young children in schools, homes and playgroups since 2003. She incorporates play, music, movement and imagination into each day, with a focus on social and emotional development. Adina creates art, music, language and academic activities that encourage children’s social skills and neurological development, as well as their fine-motor, gross-motor and sensory skills. “Tante” Adina believes that children learn best through play and exploration and works to facilitate children’s interactions with their peers, family, teachers and the world around them. Committed to a life of ongoing growth and education, Adina has obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego and continues to take courses in Early Childhood Education and development.

Kristine Graham Teacher

Kristine Graham has a true love of teaching and has been doing so for over 15 years.  Kristine has taught music, art, academic enrichment programs as well as dance, yoga, and movement improvisation to children of all ages in preschools, day camps, performing arts workshops, and community outreach programs. In 2002, while teaching in LAUSD, she was awarded two Golden Apple Awards, obtained her California Clear Teaching Credential and co-founded the Social Justice Academy. While teaching dance at Millikan Middle School, Kristine's choreography and students were selected to perform in the 2008 Olympic Festival in Beijing.

Helen Epstein Co-founder

Has a masters degree in early childhood education and over forty years of experience in the field of early childhood education. Helen has been the lead teacher at San Anselmo Preschool in northern California and at the Samuel Goldwyn preschool in Los Angeles.
